Born in India and raised in Handsworth, Birmingham. I moved to Nottingham in 1998 when I married my hubby Pete.  We have 2 boys and 2 dogs.  

My dad decided to move to UK soon after I was born as he wanted a better life for his daughter.  So the emphasis was always on education for me as I was growing up.  At the age of 14 I had a mentor,  a professor called David, a good friend of my dads who helped me navigate my choices in terms of college and then University.   My dad didn’t have this knowledge and experience so he asked David to step in and help me.   So I learned the value of a mentor from an early age.

When I was 18 I started work as an Estate Agent and decided to delay Uni for a year as I was enjoying earning good money and having a company car.   This was a good achievement for a girl from Handsworth back in 1989, ( yes I am that old).  I did my BA Hons Degree part time whilst working fulltime and then took a year out to do my MBA.  After the MBA in 1995 I started working for Lloyds Bank as a financial consultant and then moved to Nottingham in 1998 and got into property, managing HMO’s for the Home Office    In 2002 I went back into Finance as a Mortgage Broker.   Over the years I have helped my clients to build property portfolios as a mentor and broker.   I have helped clients to restructure their finances and understand the key numbers and look at creative ways to maximise the potential on a property.  

I have helped clients in financial difficulty and that is important to me,  we all go through times in life when we need a helping hand and someone to be non critical and genuinely support us.    During the Covid lockdown I ran crisis clinics to offer help, support and mediation services between investors and developers.  

When I first met Trish I knew that Repossession Rescue was something that I could get involved with and make an impact, and that is what's important to me.

With my knowledge and experience in property and finance I know I can help people navigate out of a difficult situation.
